Sleep Cycle has Almost Adjusted to Me

Sleep cycle has almost adjusted to me, not me to it. I've not kept the 4 hours 20 minutes of sleep cycle, but something has happened. Last night I slept around 30  minutes. I just fell asleep in front of the TV. Woke up around 1:30 and felt excellent. I played the guitar, explored new tv show called Arrow, did some exercise, trim my hair, got so many thoughts in my head. Took a nice bath with bubbles and stuff, went to the office hour earlier, because I couldn't figure out what to do with one hour in my apartment.

Weather was quite chilly and had good walk. After lunch I went to a very secret place, got 20 minutes of nap and good to go back to meetings. Meetings mainly were about product development and it's standards like high availability,  latencyperformance, well the basic software development life cycle. Always good to refresh my memory.

When I got home, did the dishes, had some snack and did the dishes again. In some mystical way I went to bed and slept 2 hours. Woke up and didn't have a clue how did I get to bed. It was interesting, like having too much drink and you don't know what you did, but in my case, my body wanted to sleep and it got itself to my bed, undressed me, put on some good music and left phone to the other room.

After I woke up, I watched some more series of the vigilante whom I discovered the other night and did some programming. Had a small exercise. Now the plan is to sleep about an hour or less and get to work.
I sleep a bit more than the Uberman sleep, but seems like this is reducing and I haven't felt so good for a long time. Gotta love it. Happy Halloween.

Teh Uberman Project is not Over - The Weekend

My Last sleep time was at a party at my friends place. Then I have skipped couple sleep cycles. It all started with the Halloween party what I have mentioned couple of times. It was a fun party. After that I had a walkabout in the city, met some friends to put a cherry on the top of the cake then me and my friend went to his place to play some Playstation Play sword fighting game and then heavy boxing. It was quite exhausting.

On the way home around 9 am, there was a beautiful sunrise. I stopped and enjoyed the perks of it. A bit missed my sunglasses.


At home I had 4 hours of sleep and all day I've searched company for Öörännak in Rõuge. One of my dearest friends lend me her awesome Ford Fiesta ST, what a car, loved it.

We started around 21:30 from Tartu to drive to Rõuge. 80 kilometers passed through fog like flying. The walk what we had was around 25 kilometers. Of Course 25 kilometers was not enough, we made it 33. The walk started on the shore of the lake, it was really muddy and I had to take my coat off. Minus degrees outside, no problem, hot Estonian guy at winter, basically a man of steel. Then we made a smart move, read some map and took a sweet nice dry road to next checkpoint. We had a lot of puzzles on the trip. We needed to solve Annabells story.

The story was made up by game masters but she was a girl who stopped Soviet Army to experiment how one highly poisonous toxic works on Estonian people. It was really interesting. They had even some guys who roleplayed as Soviet Army members. We wondered in the forest, in the abandoned buildings till finally we ended up last game point. The point was in a deep forest. Not only we did some round trip in order to locate the last point, we ended up 2 hours later in on the road where we had been before. This was not so nice. Week soaking wet, knees, hips were burning and  the morning was almost there.

Too bad that our Sports-Trackers aren't completed. Nowadays the phone batteries tend to die quite fast.

The time limit was around 4 hours to get the maximum points, but we achieved to finish a bit less than 8 hours. I guess that we lost around 3500 - 5000 kilocalories. The final results should come this week. Finally I've got back to bed on Sunday around 1 pm. All body ached.

At the same night I got hungry after midnight. I decided to make some cinnamon rolls, made the pastry, started to wait until it rise but sandman got me and I passed out on the sofa. Today I made second attempt due the first pastry smelled like a beer. Got it quite nice.



I think that the Uberman is still in my system. Slept 40 minutes at night and woke up with no reason. No I am planning to have 20 minutes before work. I am planning to reevaluate the Uberman sleep cycle in order to comprehend it with work and leisure time. Will keep you posted about the new cycle.

Now I really missed couple sleep cycles. Had a splendid time at company party and afterwards in the town. In the party I was teh Zorro. Did but some effort into it and love the outcome. PS. the ugly guy on the right, is not me;)

Late night I got to my friends place, did some boxing on the sony play game. It was very exhausting. On the way home, the sun just made my day

Fat Black Person and Teh Impala

Having a class of rum and I am at friends place. Girls and Guys are playing petanque on Sony Play. I slept from 22:35 or something till 22:45 more less on a computer chair. I just saw an amazing car. Teh Impala and one fat lady who wanted to get a ride. Somehow my car didn't stop. Maybe I just didn't see her. Anyways, soon, Halloween Party. My next sleep time should be 02:45. Let's see how it works out.

The Sleep Train is Back On The Right Path

In two hours company party will start at Ülikooli Kohvik. I still don't have a costume :(.  I guess that time to raid my closet in order to see if there is something to put together. The day has been full of thoughts but non of the are good enough. Next Sleep Time 00:50 but it might be postponed as I am in the party. The feeling is still great, but sometimes you need more time to complete some task before sleep. Very hard to continue where you left off. Still, some quick snack and need to put together evening plan. The same thing happens tomorrow at öörännak and there we have one member missing. Do you like to be the one? It costs together with one evening dinner 26€.


Well Well, Seems Like the Body Still Wants to Take His Own Tax

Everything was looking splendid, but seems like some penalty is needed at sometimes. The body will take it what it needs. Damn.  Woke up 14:30. Basically missed 2 hours and couple of minutes. I have no clue how to continue. Should I try to continue the cycle or maybe try something else?

Mountain has been Conqured

The heaviest sleeptime survived successfully. Had  interesting suggestion, that I should go to be a nanny to some young mother. I don't sleep, so also baby doesn't sleep. Perfect guy for that job.
To get Debian working on my phone. Is it also possible to do some porn and get windows working there?

Dreams are getting more interesting, I went to a birthday party and there was a confusion for a long time. Nobody knew where this was held. People were like madman and didn't have a clear vision. I went there, solved everything and something in my head said. Man, wake up. It is time. Wakings are the worst things, but the feeling itself is good.

Spend Last Hours With My True Love

This summer I fell in love, love so deep, love so pure, love like no other, love from the first sight when I took it off from the shelf . I touched her neck, played her, slid my fingers over her strings, occasionally made her scream but finally she played my according to tune. The feeling that run through my fingertips was shocking. Felt so intense and the sound she made basically was like honey to my ears. She is the one who is going to lead me to The Highway to Hell.

My fingers are still a bit sore but found some really good tips to make her feel even better. The guy on the right gave some good hints how to play the chords on my beloved guitar. On my amazing Fender CD 100. My first official guitar after six years of dreaming of it.

This time the sleep was rather fast. Closed my eyes and like a second later I opened them. This second actually lasted 20 minutes. Taking a small break from a guitar, until next awake session. Hacking a bit more my phone and trying to install Easy Debian. Fingers crossed not to brick her.

Finding The One Thing in the Life That Sets You Free

Had a pizza at Opera, enjoyed it. I think that it was the company what made it so good. Waiting here when X-Files will start and I will make additional hack to my phone. Also I need to make those freaking ghosts smart.

Chasing Mavericks - seems like a very good movie to watch (TV on background showed it while I was thinking how to put my thoughts on the paper) . It is a movie about one kid who changed the community where he lived and he had one life goal. Get that Maverick wave. Awesome.









This snow outside gets more interesting.

Now the phone project. What this hack will contain. Well basically Easy Debian to my phone. There are some nice document editing features. This will for real beat every phone. Word Up, literally.

When Was The Last Time You Played Dodgeball?

My last time was on my sweet dreams. It is amazing that you can have a dream in a short period. It took me back to school or some strange place, maybe Tae Kwon Do trainings in Pärnu. Take a hit with a football or basketball, do 5 pushups. Maybe I saw dodgeball cause some person tried to catch fast speed ball on this video:


Today evening it was even less that 20 minutes. Woke up in a scare that I overslept and then I saw that it was 3 minutes to the due.
Modifying the Pac-man game on Python for school assignment. Hopefully I can make those ghosts smart. Would love not to see that in the dreams.

Picking Up Leafs With His Blow

Seems like this four hours of sleep got my carriage back on the track. Woke up even earlier than I wanted.
This time I saw that I worked in a colledge, very neat and nice old building. The atmosphere was amazing. I even had roller skates to move around there. No clue how this got into my dreams. I did several stunts around the school and the thing what woke me up from my dreams was a fall from the hot air balloon. Supposed to wake up 14:05 but, 14:02 the sleep was gone.And how the hell I had big blond hair on my beard? Seems like somebody has been naughty when I was out.

So went outside to capture few scenes with my phone camera. The weather outside isn't very good, phone camera doesn't like it. Where is the sun? I've heard stories about snow in Tallinn. Hope that it will stay in the sky for couple more days. Need to go to Öörännak on Saturday. Also it will ruin a bit my idea for one video. I will tell no more, if it happens, it happens, if it doesn't your loss;).

One of the stupidest thing what I saw, was a tractor, picking up leafs in the park with his blow and making big tracks on the ground. How is that logical? Seemed really hard to pick up trolley and walk couple steps. Well done!

One Car Can Make a Difference

From 23th of October 23:00 I've had total 7 sleeps (average 17:45 minutes)  with total sum 2 hours and 22 minutes until 25th of October 5:05.

My phone is 2 meters away from me, in the stained bowl and why I woke up, was I heard a car to pass by outside. 4 Alarms, nothing, but one car made the difference. Scheduled to wake up 5:25, woke up 9:45. Made me want to swear. I felt great before this a bit longer nap. But no, I cannot give up. Still need to go all the way. Need to fight to know the truth. I've won so much quality time with the Uberman method. Have to keep going. Rock and Roll till the end.

The Sleep Starts Haunting Before The Time - Good.

The sleep is running after you already. You are one step ahead. Everything seems to be under the control. Slept twenty one minutes, woke up 01:06, Not too shabby. That takes me to the next sleep hole at 5:06. Rather far away. Last awake period I had a chance to walk around 4 kilometers and I saw some lovely people.

The weather outside was good, only got to hate following scenery. All slippery and very bad to walk on. I even cannot imagine what happens when it all freezes. I hope that no bones will be broken. Ptui Ptui Ptui under left shoulder. I even don't dare to have nice night run because those streets, don't want to get handicapped for life.



There are also some interesting art on the streets of Tartu. Found this little girl behind the bars, Seems lost but safe. Street art, something to see. There are really good masterpieces out there. How about your street art experience?  Are you against it or you endorse it?
Meanwhile I am wondering when my neighbours will knock on my door and say - man, this is night, stop practicing the guitar.

Some Sucking in the Apartment

Fight Club: "You wake up at SeaTac, SFO, LAX. You wake up at O'Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth, BWI. Pacific, mountain, central. Lose an hour, gain an hour. This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time".


No worries my life is not going to end anytime soon. Woke up, vacuumed my apartment. Feeling great, everything is nice and clean. Soon there will be a football game like I could care less, but friends want to have some rum and hookah with me. Made silky smooth for them. I can get a glass or two, cannot afford more with this sleep cycle;). 

Dream was fantastic, I feel fresh and good. Got some more quizzes to make in order to submit my todays assignment about minimax methodα - β pruning, evaluation functions. If this keeps up, I will get rather smart.

Cheat Method in the Rimi

Had a nice swim in Aura. Eyes got little red due huge amount of chlorine but maybe I have used to it already or they have added some other components into the mix. My eyes don't swell up so much as they did when I was a kid. Most probably some eyewear is needed. Any suggestions?

Today the 16:25 nap was at workplace in massage chair. Went even well. On the way back home I went to Rimi.  Lines were basically a kilometer long. Made small cheat and bought my stuff at smoke / info cash register. As you have seen from the weatherman. Brace yourself, winter is coming (if you didn't imagine the meme, then here you go).

Cycle is having More and More Affect on Me


Today 20 minutes before my 12:05 sleep I got really sleepy. The saddest thing is that TV is really empry, internet runs out and all you have left are some books, some lectures and my lover - the Guitar. Managed to pull through the sleepy time before bed and got there 12:04 by 12.05 I slept like a lady.


Two minutes before my amazing alarm clock my phone got a ring. Good, that made me 2 minutes ahead of my schedule. Not sure if I am sleepy now or not, but I feel excellent. I Guess that now it is a good time to have a  swim. Next Sleep time 16:25.
Only thing that I regret is that I forgot what I dreamt about, the phone call distracted me and couldn't remember it. Better luck next time.

Life Begins at The End of Your Comfort Zone

This sleep now, what I got out actually 2 minutes before alarm clock, was rather interesting.
Before sleep I closed windows, killed lights and everything disturbing. Sound of the refrigerator generator and a man with leaf blower outside managed to wake me up. I should send him this video:


At least I saw a dream. I went back to work to find out that my table has been replaced with old table where I had my gloves in the drawer. When I went up the stairs, there was a night club. Back down the stairs, got into a street fight. Seems like that too much Fight Club in my mind. Next Sleep time 12:05.

This time great success. The stories up here and below are from the X-Files by Gillian Anderson (Dana Scully) although David Duchovny (Fox Mulder) has got so much greater role there. They really gave something to think about. By now I actually have noticed that events during those 4 hours really affect my dreams. Those quotes from here made me to dream about mankind. I saw that once I died I just went to alternative reality and continued my awesome life there. By every tenth alternative reality I was back in the original one. The one where we live in.


Also had time to listen some EdX lectures about artificial intelligence. Who knows what affected my sweet and precious dreams. I need to listen some more of those and then pick up my guitar. Really would love to learn this -> Rolling Stones - Symphony for the Devil

I Have Stolen Too Much Sleep Time - Sleep Postponed

Time to Make Pizza

Making a bit of cheat pizza. Sleep postponed approximately 2 hours. So next time around 23:00. Gotta love a good pizza.


 Meanwhile during the day, I also went to Prisma, they have cool bottle returning system. Donated almost 1€ worth of bottles for needy children that they could go to the theatre.

Alarm Clock May Work if I Put it Farer - Woke Up 16:50

This time it was rather close one. Went to bed at 16:00 and fell asleep approximately 16:10. Woke up 16:50. Basically missed 10 minutes. Have to adjust the timing.
Last time when I woke up and came go kitchen I had a chance to wash my apartment floors. Always wise to have bigger bucket under the fridge when melting it. This time awakening was a bliss. Saw terrorists and some dancers who did the worst performance ever at Ülikooli Kohvik. Well Halloween ain't far away. Maybe I should suit up like Jack Bauer.

First Day Fail

Seems that it is a bit harder to get into the cycle. I guess I need to use alarm clock in more efficient way.
But, not to give up. Needed to wake up 4:45, but got up 12:00, not good. At least saw some interesting movie. Went to a road trip to Germany and then to the States, to find The Car.
Ok - next sleep time - 16:00. Need to get back on the track.
Apkenv Layer worked, got Angry Birds Rio working on my N9.
At least freezer is melted up almost. Found a nice ice cream before I started the melting process.

Well, need to listen some web seminars in EdX.
Ok good luck to me to catch the train of sleep cycle.

Second sleep cycle was rather successful. Opened my eyes at 00:25. Overslept one minute. Doing good.
Watched a movie before. Lucky Number Slevin - Movie with a good story. Again I had a dream. This time I  cannot recall what I exactly saw, but it was strongly related to the movie and assassins.

Now it is time to hack my phone. Let's see if I can get Android applications working with Apkenv Layer. Also browsing tv for something to be on the background.

First Sleep - Saw a nightmare 19:45 - 20:03

First sleep was scheduled to 18:45. I missed it with one hour. Got to sleep 19:45. Woke up 20:03.
Even saw a nightmare. I had my dream car THE IMPALA when I sat into it, there was a ugly logo Datsun.
At least with those 5 hours I went to have a swim 25 x 25 meters in Aura and after popping by the workplace, had couple games of pool in Tähe Piljard.

Feeling superb. Having a hookah at the moment.
